SIA Launches AcceleRISE, a New Event for Young Professionals in the Security Industry

AcceleRISE 2019 will ignite new thinking, strengthen leadership skills and sharpen business acumen in young talent

SILVER SPRING, Md. – The Security Industry Association (SIA) has announced AcceleRISE, a new conference for tomorrow’s security leaders featuring top-quality idea sharing, coaching, business skills development, networking and inspiration. AcceleRISE 2019 will be held Aug. 14-16 at the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

AcceleRISE – hosted by SIA’s RISE community for young professionals and those new to the industry – will present blended learning sessions featuring a mix of keynotes, panel sessions, team building exercises, peer networking and workshops.

“Finding and keeping qualified talent is the number-one issue facing SIA members and the industry.
