- Apply the five phases of security project management
- Enhance customer satisfaction and increase return business
Additionally, the course will review the six domains of the Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) exam blueprint.
“Early in my career, I sometimes felt inferior due to the wealth of knowledge from fellow tradesmen and project managers in construction meetings; however, after taking the SPM class and then studying and obtaining my CSPM, the education and certification I gained gave me instant credibility in those meetings. I’d recommend this course to anyone in the industry, new or experienced, who is looking to increase their security knowledge and project management skills.”
Brendan McFall, technical engineering manager at Northland Controls and SIA SPM instructor
Participants in the full SPM and Basics of SPM training courses can earn continuing professional education (CPE) credits toward recertification of their ASIS designation(s), as SIA is now a preferred provider of ASIS CPE credits.
