Joint Letter to Federal, State and Local Officials From SIA, ESA and TMA

The Security Industry Association (SIA), the Electronic Security Association (ESA) and The Monitoring Association (TMA) partnered to develop this joint letter to federal, state and local officials in an effort to do their part to help fight the coronavirus pandemic during this extraordinary time.

The members of these organizations play a vital role in protecting the safety and security of American families and businesses, and in this March 20 letter, SIA, ESA and TMA urged officials to ensure workers assisting with electronic security, monitoring and life safety systems can remain on the job to provide vital services under any business closure or “shelter-in-place” orders.
