With both cyber and physical attacks on electric utilities increasing in prevalence and becoming more brazen, the security industry is challenged to support its partners at critical infrastructure sites with powerful solutions that meet compliance demands and deter, detect and defeat bad actors. SIA's third annual Protecting Utilities Lunch at ISC West will feature insights from guest speakers Bluma Sussman of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Francesco Corral on the risks that utilities must mitigate and the NERC CIP standards they must meet.
